The unexpected (to me) side effect of this from talking to folks at RuneFest was that quite a few of the men and women who play RuneScape these days are playing in part to Osrs gold remain connected with friends and family throughout the world. One story in particular I heard was super cool, because due to the minimal connectivity demands, soldiers stationed in the most distant places with the worst internet connections continue to be able to play keep up with friends. The same can not be said for other things which are only ordinary for many gamers, a ping, and games which require things like a computer with a video card.

RuneFest was a celebration of all this and more. The festival kicked off Friday night by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra who played an orchestral arrangement of tunes from Buy Rs gold and Old School RuneScape. I liked the songs, but it was also accompanied with all kinds of other things happening on stage which as far as I could tell were mostly based on inside jokes and other game testimonials which were totally going over my head, but the audience really, really got into.

Where there was already a ton of people in line waiting to get in the following day , I got back to the convention center early and bright - or more correctly, get in line for RuneFest merch. I figured,"Eh, I will wait till the line dies down to pick up something," however, the line existed before nearly everything has been sold out. Rather than standing in line, I made my way to the exact same auditorium area that was put up to the orchestra performance.

I had no clue what to expect of RuneFest, never been before, but found it to be fairly odd by now I had seen was that this auditorium which was walled off by floor to ceiling black drapes. I figured maybe this is all there was on the event, as the opening ceremony started?
