We'll get at some point in RuneScape where whip is already a shit weapon and
RS gold they need to release something that's more successful and summoning did that without change RuneScape a lot. But that was a game that osrs is. I think that OSRS is no longer in the exact same manner as RS3 is currently, the foundation of RuneScape need to be altered, such as they did in certain quests, Monkey Madness 2, Dragon Slayer two, ToB, etc.. I am against any skills from RS3, cause it's no more that game timeline. However, I feel as release a new ability and OSRS need to maintain in development. Something could be combat changing, skilling changing, something that will change the metas. However they will need to be careful to not increase dead content.
Remeber warding? I was totaly up for this, why can we smith armour and hide sets but not magical gear? Make's no sense what so ever. And most significant that isn't a RS3 ability, it is another manner from RS3 history, feel me? Sadly that a lot of OSRS players just consider OSRS as a"nostalgia" game. We don't play RuneScape for nostalgia, we play because it is fun. Nostalgia for me would be to have a moment of memories that I had earlier, feel that's amazing, but you can feel that 24/7 now. People should stop considering OSRS as 10-15 year game and consider it today. I love the images of it but I really need it to be helpful, we have tech AF right now, that may make incredible things. They can add the choice for you to play with RuneScape exactly the direction you want.
You need old images? Just click a button. That's possible right now. Remeber? People complaning about that? That is rather playerbase RuneScape don't require. That player foundation will allow OSRS prevent from growing. If you think as OSRS only a"nostaligic" match, the only players that will keep playing would be the old ones, and we are getting old AF. Anyways, OSRS need to create history, it need new skills, it need more areas to see, it need more monster to slay, that is a fact. But let RS3 keep that summoning and dunge background and add a brand new one for OSRS. Cause both matches today, do not share the same background.
I would certainly agree that it's diverse content that is more and more articles. You can perform anything from bosses that are conventional to raids for completely different experiences. I'd say the main matter osrs lacks is as large of a minigame presence. Pre eoc had plenty of minigames to playwith. If osrs had all of the minigames I'm not sure whether they would ever receive the same amount of usage as back then but it is one thing that I miss about the old days eoc. There was a massive clan scene round minigames also which kept players who are maxed interested in playing. Now on OSRS after maxing there's simply really pet searching, and if you aren't interested, there is zero reason to perform with.
I can't think you're an outlier here. Pre EOC RuneScape was very complete with much more content for a lot of players, but not only the pvm community. OSRS is better in terms of bossing, but minigame wise, it does not hold a candle. Stealing production, and soul wars are only two which are far superior than anything presently and needs to be brought back. Dungeonerring is raids, but BIS with untradeables, and a lot better reward method. Quest shrewd is was far superior, and images shrewd far superior. To me it made being in a clan greater than just, although people despise the citadels. It allowed players to engage with things they loved, and it let you advance your clan visually and exp wise. If development of
old school runescape buy gold battle never arrived, nobody could have asked for OSRS. Which reminds me.
